Business Systems Analyst

Job Purpose & Dimensions

1. Support OneRenesas SCM Mfg Project team to meet milestones & Project End Goal
2. Support in Integration Project Cut over activities including Data migration
3. Support Operational activities related to B2B error handling
4. Support Operational activities related to Master Data

Principal Accountabilities

1. Responsible to support the Change agents for OneERP/ Planning system implementation
2. Cross Functional working with Teams to implement new Planning system across Organization
3. Cross Functional working with Teams to implement new ERP system across Organization
4. Assist the team to organize, prep and conduct trainings to the team related to aligned OneRenesas of working
5. Assist the team in Data analysis related to Inventory, Metrics

Key Performance Measures:

1. Meeting Project Milestones
2. Responsiveness to Internal Customers
3. Supply Chain Planning accuracy
4. Internal Customer satisfaction
5. Master Data Accuracy
6. On time delivery of Data analysis to stakeholders

Knowledge:

1. Semiconductor Supply Chain – Understanding of wafer fabrication, assembly, and test processes, long lead times, and capacity constraints
2. Supply Chain Planning & Execution – Concepts like Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Order Management, Inventory Optimization, and Logistics.
3. ERP & APS Systems – Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Kinaxis RapidResponse, Blue Yonder, or other advanced planning systems
4. Data Analytics & Reporting – Understanding of data models, SQL, dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), and KPIs like cycle time, OTD, and inventory turns.

Skills:

1. Data Analysis & Problem-Solving – Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights. VBA/ Python skills
2. Stakeholder Communication – Ability to work with Planners, Operations, IT, and Suppliers to align supply chain strategies.
3. Process Optimization – Experience in LEAN, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
4. ERP & Analytics Tools – Hands-on experience with SAP MM, PP, IBP, Kinaxis, or Python for automation and analysis
5. Project Management – Ability to manage cross-functional projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies

1. University degree OR master’s in mechanical / industrial engineering
2. Basic Supply Chain Management (SCM) Knowledge
3. Project Management Certification is a plus
4. Strong Customer & Service Management Focus
