Analog RF Test Engineer

You will lead test design and development for RF products as key for mixed signal RF devices such as radar MMIC products used in ADAS/Autonomous driving system in the car.
1. Design of test specifications defined for NPI (New Product Introduction)
2. Development of test concept for DFT(Design For Testing)
3. Definition of failure models and establishment of test methodology how to screen them out
4. Verification of test coverage
5. Optimization of test programs to minimize test time for cost competitiveness 
6. Coding and debugging of test program
7. Operations for release process of test program for validation, sample shipment or mass production

'Minimum Qualifications:
     - MS in Electrical Engineering & 3+ years of Industry experience or BS in Electrical Engineering & 5+ years of  Industry experience
     - 5+ years of experience in design and development of testing for automotive analog or mixed signal products
     - Strong problem solving skills and ability to own issues and drive resolution.
     - Excellent communication skills
 
    - Required skills and experiences
         - Ability to comprehend requirement specifications of mixed signal products including RF devices
         - Skill to design test specification based on requirement specifications stated above
　　 - Capability to define failure model in analog, mixed signal products including RF devices which needs to be screened out in testing
         - Experience to develop test concept including DFT(Design For Test) for rejection of failures stated above
         - Basic understanding of quality control methodology for semiconductor production, such as statistical data analysis ex. cpk control, 7 QC tools ex. Pareto chart, PSV* and skew sample evaluation (*Process Voltage Temperature)
         - Experience in device test development based on automotive standards such as IATF16949, IS26262 &AEC-Q100
         - Deep understanding of ATE H/W specifications and test programs for analog & RF products
        - Experience of developing test programs for Ultra Flex (Plus)
        - Experience in ramp up of mass production testers at OSAT or other production sites
