模块电感工程师
- 设计用于 CPU/GPU/xPU 核心供电以及 AI 服务器电源应用的新型高电流、高功率密度电源模块电感。
- 负责磁性元件设计，包括材料选择、饱和电流、DCR、交流/直流损耗、磁芯损耗、铜损、热性能以及机械集成等方面的权衡与优化。
- 支持电感制造工艺开发，包括磁性材料制备、导体成型、层压/共烧、模压、固化/烧结、端电极、镀层、检验以及可靠性控制等流程。
- 与供应商及工厂合作，支持样品制作、小批量试产、工艺优化、良率提升以及量产导入。
- 开展电磁仿真和热仿真，用于电感设计、磁通分布、损耗评估、温升分析以及模块级热耦合分析；必要时支持结构仿真。
- 将仿真结果与实验测试数据进行关联分析，并基于验证结果推动设计和工艺改进。
- 编写和审核技术文档、设计指南、验证报告、制造评审文件以及面向客户的技术资料。
- 参与新电源模块定义、电感技术路线规划、可行性研究以及客户技术交流。
- 电气工程、电力电子、材料科学、应用物理或相关专业硕士/本科及以上学历，并具备电力电子应用中磁性元件设计的丰富经验。
- 必须具备10年以上高电流电感制造实战经验，尤其是共烧电感和模压型电感；并具备支持工艺开发、样品制作、小批量试产、良率提升以及量产导入的实际能力。
- 深入理解电感制造工艺流程、关键工艺参数、材料特性、公差控制、工艺能力、可靠性风险以及生产失效模式。
- 深入理解磁性材料、耦合电感、饱和特性、磁芯损耗、铜损、热行为、机械应力以及可靠性相关设计考虑。
- 具备良好的实验室测试和测量能力，能够对电感和电源模块进行特性评估，包括电感量、DCR、饱和电流、温升、效率影响以及波形表现等。
- 具备电力电子相关知识者优先。
- 熟练使用电磁仿真和热仿真工具；熟悉结构仿真及电力电子仿真工具者优先。
- 具备良好的沟通能力，能够与全球设计团队、供应商、工厂及客户协同工作；英语流利者优先，但非必要条件。
- 可能需要一定出差，主要前往供应商、工厂或客户现场。
