Join us and be part of what's next in electronics.  We are looking to hire a Regional Sales Director for Strategic Cloud Computing and Networking Accounts in China.  The candidate will help scale this strategic Renesas business in China from $20M to $100sM and report to VP China and dotted line report to WW segment leader.



  • Manager role, responsible for building a highly engaged local team of sales and FAEs
  • Growing revenues at Enterprise, Hyperscalers, and local CPU accounts in China
  • Work based in Shanghai, with frequent domestic China travel, and occasional international travel
  • Responsible for all aspects of demand creation, account strategy, billings including setting budgets and forecasts with high accuracy
  • Drives FAEs activities, set priorities for his team
  • Monitors supply chain and ensures excellent service
  • Builds relationship at all levels inside assigned accounts and internally inside Renesas
  • Aligns with internal BUs and helps plan future product roadmaps

-Helps grow and mentor his team Manage China Cloud/Server accounts focusing on accelerating growth at our large focused accounts including Baidu, Alibaba, Tencent


-Manage production forecasting, pricing and revenue management for accounts across ODMs

-Support Intel & AMD China locations including reference design and roadmap support




  • Bachelors in science field, MS  in Engineering and/or MBA is a plus
  • 15+ years' experience in high-tech Industry  including 7  years minimum in the semiconductor Industry
  • Strong leadership with more than 10 years leadership position
  • Knowledge of local Cloud/Computing/Networking business is key
  • Knowledge of supply chain management, distribution
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High integrity, someone who knows how to establish trust with all his/her stakeholders
  • Self-starter, hunter mentality, not afraid to ask questions, but takes the initiative
  • Service oriented – quick to respond to questions and escalate issues in order to close all open action items in a timely manner
  • Able to recruit top talent in the local market
  • Excellent English speaking ability
