Product Engineer

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Product Engineer.
In this role, you will own the product engineering lifecycle for mixed-signal and power ICs, ensuring high-quality and efficient mass production. You will be responsible for ramp-up, yield optimization, and sustaining activities, working closely with cross-functional teams across design, test, and manufacturing.
You will also participate in new product introduction, including qualification activities, evaluation of characterization results, and definition of production limits to ensure optimal balance between yield, quality, and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of product engineering activities for power and mixed-signal ICs, from definition to mass production
• Assist in ATE test strategy setup and characterization activities
• Define and maintain production test limits and screening criteria based on ATE, qualification and characterization data
• Analyze production and test data to identify yield and quality issues
• Work with cross-functional teams (Test Engineering, QA, Design, Assembly, Supply Chain) to resolve production issues
• Generate and review characterization reports, spec compliance matrices
• Actively participate in qualification activities and data review
• Drive investigation of production excursions and RMA cases
• Defining SYL/SBL limits to ensure product quality without excessive yield loss
• Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis methods and tools (e.g., statistics, DOE, Spotfire templates)

All critical activities are done under supervision at entry stage.

• BSc degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline 
• Basic knowledge of analog and digital Electronics
• Programming skills (Python, C#, VBA, R or similar) for data analysis and automation
• Understanding of statistical data analysis techniques
• Intermediate English both written and spoken
• Good communication skills and proactive, results-driven mindset

Would be a plus:

• Experience in semiconductors, test engineering, electronics production, or data analysis
• Knowledge of electrical parameter measurement techniques
• Hands-on experience with analog and digital electronics
• Project coordination or project management skills
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., TIBCO Spotfire)
• Understanding of IC manufacturing flow, technology, and methodology
• Experience with TIBCO Spotfire Analyst
