Director of Talent and Performance Management

Responsibilities:
- Lead Performance Management Redesign: Design and implement a modern performance management approach focused on growth, feedback, and accountability.
- Own the Performance Cycle: Oversee goal setting, mid-year check-ins, and year-end reviews to ensure consistency and impact.
- Advance Talent Planning: Partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to build strong pipelines, succession plans, and workforce strategies.
- Support Leadership Development: Align performance and talent strategies with leadership programs and career pathways.
- Use Data to Drive Decisions: Leverage analytics to uncover trends, measure impact, and guide talent investments.
- Inspire and Lead: Cultivate a fun, inclusive, and motivating environment that energizes high-performing teams, learning is celebrated, and leadership is accessible. Mentor a small, high-performing team and foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Education: Master’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Psychology, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or HR Strategy in a global, matrixed environment.
- Prior experience with technology or semiconductor companies is preferred.
- Expertise in performance management redesign and talent planning.
- Strong business acumen and ability to turn strategy into action.
- Comfort with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday) and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for building people-first solutions.
- Candidate must reside in Austin, TX, or Morrisville, NC.
