Core Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

  • Develop production test solutions for new Power Management products, including test software and hardware design
  • Interface with external vendors to develop test schematics, optimize test hardware layout, component selection and manufacture of all necessary test hardware
  • Work with design engineers to implement required test modes
  • Develop and validate test solutions to ensure test coverage, correlation to bench measurements and measurement repeatability
  • Support IC characterization and qualification
  • Coordinate with remote manufacturing sites to release new test solutions to production
  • Provide production sustaining support to reduce test time, improve measurement stability and assist on yield issues

Skill Requirements:

  • BSEE or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years professional industry experience in a test engineering role
  • Knowledgeable in DFT and DFM techniques, IC product development and manufacturing flows
  • Experience on Teradyne Flex or Advantest 93000 test platform is preferred
  • Experience working on Power Management products and large scale mixed-signal PMICs is highly preferred
  • Proficient with Cadence schematic tools and lab and bench equipment
  • Data and statistical analysis capability and knowledge of Gauge R&R
  • Strong communication, team working and interpersonal skills are essential.
