　世界有数の半導体製造会社であるルネサスにてサプライチェーン業務を高いモチベーションで遂行できるメンバーを募集します。
弊社は自動車、産業、インフラ、IoT分野へ半導体部品及びソリューションを提供する世界有数のメーカーです。近年、弊社の注力市場である自動車、産業向けの需要増加に伴い売上拡大が進んでいる中で、短期～長期に渡る生産能力確保と売上・利益の最大化をスピーディに実現する事が重要となって来ています。

•  複雑な半導体サプライチェーンでの自社工場と海外委託先工場の最適な配分
•  顧客需要・生産能力・売上規模のバランスを取った計画立案

【職務内容】

• 半導体製品のSCM業務 (生産、出荷、売上、在庫管理等)　＜経験に応じて下記の業務よりアサイン予定＞
   ・顧客/営業からの需要情報をベースに社内関連部門と協議し、自社生産工場/外部生産委託先工場と生産数整合を行い生産計画を策定する
   ・策定した生産計画をベースに顧客・営業との納期交渉、生産・売上規模を遂行する

　　（上記を通じて顧客と自社の利益や成長に繋がる企業活動に貢献する業務であり、会社業績に直結、貢献度も高い職種です）

　　※業務遂行における管理指標
　　 ・売上規模/精度・在庫水準・生産計画規模/精度・納期遵守率(生産・出荷)   など

【必須要件】

• サプライチェーン業務の経験(5年以上)
• データをまとめて（Excel）、視える化（PowerPoint）するスキル
• 関連部署と連携し業務を進めることができるコミュニケーションスキル

• 日常業務で海外とのやり取りがあり、円滑に業務遂行ができる
• わかりやすい論理構成や言葉で表現できる

【語学力】

• 英語　：読み書きができる
• 日本語：ビジネス会話ができる
