【募集の背景】

　ルネサスの注力市場である自動車、産業向けの需要増加に伴い売上拡大が進んでいる中で、短期～長期に渡る生産能力確保と売上規模の最大化がより重要となってきており、サプライチェーンのリソース強化を図ります。そうした環境の中で、下記を遂行できる人材補強が急務となっております。本業務は会社業績に直結、貢献度も高い職種です。

 ・複雑な半導体サプライチェーンでの自社工場と海外委託先工場の最適な配分
 ・顧客需要・生産能力・売上規模のバランスを取った計画立案
 

【職務内容】

◆半導体製品のSCM業務(生産、出荷、売上、在庫管理等)を通じて、顧客と自社の利益や成長に繋がる企業活動に貢献する。
 ・顧客/営業からの需要情報をベースに社内関連部門と協議し、自社生産工場/外部生産委託先工場と生産数整合を行い生産計画を策定する
 ・策定した生産計画をベースに顧客・営業との納期交渉、生産・売上規模を遂行する

 ・売上規模/精度・在庫水準・生産計画規模/精度・納期遵守率(生産・出荷)   など

【必須要件】

・サプライチェーン業務の経験

・データをまとめて（Excel）、視える化（PowerPoint）するスキル

【歓迎要件】

・関連部署と連携し業務を進めることができるコミュニケーションスキル

【語学力】
・英語　：TOEIC700点以上（満たない場合も日常業務によって学習可能）
・日本語：わかりやすい論理構成や言葉で表現できる力
