Background of Recruitment:

Renesas's products for communications are widely used in 4G LTE / 5G mobile base stations, metro networks, optical communication devices, etc. due to the enhancement of analog IC products. In data centers, we have many achievements in adoption in servers and storage system. It is expected that technological innovation will progress in these fields and that Renesas's role and resposibility will be greater.
In the future, it is a field where growth is highly expected, such as further densification of communication using the millimeter wave frequency band and construction of a wide communication network by the spread of local 5G, and further to fields such as satellite communication.
As Japanese telecommunications system is being adopted and installed overseas, it is necessary to cooperate with overseas business divisions to propose Renesas's products that require the latest technology with solutions that are in line with the latest trends. We are looking for motivated colleagues to take on the challenge of globalization. 

 

Responsibilities:

Promotion for design win and increasing revenue by proposing solutions that combine various Renesas products in order to expand businesses such as communications area and data centers in Fujitsu and NEC.

・ Confirmation of system requirements and understanding of issues through meetings with customer design departments and upper management in order to propose solutions
・ In order to realize the customer's system requirements, hold meetings not only with the Japanese business division but also with the overseas business division to establish the optimum proposal.
・ As an account manager, fully understand the customer's business, understand the direction of Renesas products and business divisions, establishing account strategies, and create new markets.

 

Required Skills and Work Experience:

MUST

・ 3 years or more of experience in sales, marketing, FAE, or development work
・ Communication skills with customers and internal and external stakeholders
・ Material creation and presentation skills 

WANT

・ Understanding of communication and data center applications
・ Knowledge of MCUs and analog ICs
・ Relationship with customers (especially Fujitsu and NEC)

・ Japanese : Business level
