Role and Responsibilities
 

  • Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation process. This includes:
    • Performing system configuration
    • Creating configuration workbooks and other appropriate documentation and oversee development for custom requirements
    • Gap analysis between standard SuccessFactors Employee Central solution
    • leading business process design
    • performing system demonstrations
    • facilitating workshops globally
    • unit testing and supporting subsequent testing efforts and issue resolution
    • oversee cutover activities
    • Lead the SI team(s) to complete all deliverables and milestones on time
  • Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution design for SuccessFactors Employee Management solution in compliance with the best practices
  • Keep abreast of new and relevant SAP releases and features and stay a certified expert in your respective area(s)
  • Lead and manage a project team including building and maintaining a delivery plan
  • Coordinate with other project team leads

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics and abilities:

  • Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution
  • Must have completed at least 4 end to end implementation (as a consulting lead)
  • Hands-on experience of all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML
  • Hands-on experience with MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules and workflows
  • Expertise in translations and language packs for data models configuration and MDF
  • Preparation of test cases / test plans / test scripts
  • A passion for Human Resources, core data, HRIS, and SAP technology and excellent understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in global organizations
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to quality and customer service
  • A desire to share knowledge with coworkers and customers
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Can handle ambiguity and as applicable self-direct and guide others on logical next steps

Preferred Skills

  • Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting implementation experience
     

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
 

  • Minimum 10-12  years of HR/HRIS experience specifically with SuccessFactors
  • Active SAP SuccessFactors Certifications in Employee Central and 1 or more other modules
  • Experience leading multiple Employee Central (end to end) implementations
  • Excellent English language, oral and written communication skills
  • Expertise in related SAP HCM / SuccessFactors and related business processes including integration with related modules (Finance, SAP HCM, Employee Central, Time Management, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, ABAP, etc.)
