Key Qualifications

  • In depth knowledge of Semiconductor Manufacturing Process, Electronic Engineering Fundamentals, Design for Test and Manufacturing Concepts
  • Participation in DFT, testability and test solution planning during design
  • Expertise in Semiconductor Test Methodology on Advantest 93K and MicroFlex
  • Experience working on Digital, Mixed Signal and PMIC Devices with hands on VLSI ATE experience
  • System level experience is a plus
  • Device characterization experience
  • Strong Programming skills for writing and debugging test programs
  • Competency in programming with Scripting languages (ie, PERL) and high level languages (ie, C/C++ or Visual Basic.)
  • Able to work with test equipment (ie, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc)
  • Track record in managing team of Test Engineers
  • 12+ years relevant experience



  • Develop and document test and DFT plan for new devices
  • Manage team of test engineers
  • Participate in developing device testability
  • Define most-cost effective and highest quality solution for mass production
  • Design and debug test ATE SW and HW (93K/PS1600 and MicroFlex/iFlex)
  • Debug and characterize new silicon to mass production with the fastest time to market
  • Bring quality and cost effective test solution for mass production
  • Coordinate test related activities with both internal and external group
  • Develop/Release own test development projects
  • Work with other groups to resolve customer device issues and generate effective test solutions
