Key Qualifications:

  • In depth knowledge of Semiconductor Manufacturing Process, Electronic Engineering Fundamentals, Design for Test and Manufacturing Concepts.
  • Participation in DFT and test solution planning during design
  • Expertise in Semiconductor Test Methodology on J750; J750-HD preferred
  • Experience working on Digital and Mixed Signal with hands on VLSI ATE experience. Control of Bench Equipment using ATE is a plus.
  • Device characterization experience
  • Strong Programming skills for writing and debugging test programs.
  • Competency in programming with Scripting languages (ie, PERL) and high level languages (ie, C/C++ or Visual Basic.)
  • Able to work with test equipment (ie, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc)
  • 5+ years relevant experience




  • Develop and document test and DFT plan for new devices
  • Participate in developing device testability
  • Define most-cost effective and highest quality solution for mass production
  • Design and debug test ATE SW and HW
  • Debug and characterize new silicon to mass production with the fastest time to market
  • Bring quality and cost effective test solution for mass production
  • Coordinate test related activities with both internal and external group
  • Work with other groups to resolve customer device issues and generate effective test solutions
