What you'll be doing:

  • Manage foundry yield team to deliver high quality products with good yield.
  • Report foundry yield KPI dashboard on weekly basis
  • Technical interface with foundry on Front end yield improvement, safe ramp, fab excursion management and DOEs
  • Identify yield improvement opportunities with data analysis and execute
  • Work with multi-functional teams in bringing up new process technology / new fab qualification, debug process issues, and identify process and design interaction / ATE test interaction failures.
  • Work with foundry vendors and quality team for FEMA of process step, auditing and foundry excursion prevention.
  • Track and ensure process meets sufficient margins for volume production ramp.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to reduce SYL/SBL scraps.

Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of CMOS and BCDMOS technologies, particularly in the field of PMIC / Analog, is critical.  
  • Knowledge on process qualifications
  • Experience in yield enhancement and yield tools (e.g Exensio, JMP )
  • Good data analysis, problem solving, and very strong interpersonal skills required.
  • Self-motivation and pragmatic execution of tasks is essential.
  • 10+ years’ experience in foundry engineering related fields (people management experience is a plus)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multifunctional, and multi-time-zone teams.
  • MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, related field or equivalent work experience; PhD is a plus
