JOB SUMMARY

  • Responsible for performing failure analysis for failure samples.
  • Communicate failure details and root cause analysis to requestor.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform failure analysis for example Optical microscope, X-ray, SEM, EDX, FTIR, Curve tracer, Oscilloscope, Automated test equipment and/or others analytical techniques.
  • Destructive analysis techniques such as cross-section.
  • Perform sample preparation and de-capsulation using manual/semi-auto/laser method.
  • Able to train and monitor new technician on job requirement

 

POSITION/JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Qualification 

: 

Diploma in (Chemical, E&E, Mechanical, Material) or Science (Physics, Chemical, Material).

Experience   

: 

1-2 years experience. Preferably in semiconductor industry.                                                   

Skills & knowledge Required

:
  • Proficiency in English Language.                                               
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Have knowledge and experience in preparing report.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of failure analysis.
  • Require to work in shift (morning & night)
