  • Arrange and conduct interview process for selected group of employees as determined by the Company
  • Coordinate and administer staff Onboarding Programme (Induction) for new recruits
  • Coordinate and analyze employee development gaps based on the training needs analysis (TNA) identified by the HODs/Supervisors
  • Update training plan and calendar based on the developmental plans and/or job requirements and its guidelines
  • Process, coordinate and administer all training requests from HODs to ensure all necessary information and training records are captured and maintained in the Learning Management System (LMS). To coordinate an e-learning programs for the Company.
  • Coordinate and liaise with relevant parties (i.e participants, HODs, vendor, etc) to execute all training activities based on the training plan, training needs and within approved budget
  • Liaise with the Government authority on the training grants of HRDF levy registration, claims and reimbursement timely
  • Prepare monthly report on training and recruitment progress (i.e training budget utilization, training attendance, hiring report, HRDF tracking, training feedback & effectiveness, etc) for next course of actions and improvements
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment activities including career fair and any relevant organizational development projects (i.e job descriptions, culture, staff activities, etc)
  • Coordinate and prepare arrangement of the student attachment program from universities such as undergraduate and postgraduate training placement subject to the Company’s policy and guidelines
  • Verify salary payment/invoices from third party for foreign workers on monthly basis.
  • Act as a liaison person for the department on the IT system/software requirements and involved in HR organizational development projects.



Bachelor’s Degree in either Human Resource/Business Administration/Social Science or related field from recognized Higher Institution


Skills & knowledge Required:       

  • Excellent written and verbal English communications skills
  • Good knowledge and experience in HRDF act and its process
  • Knowledge in the Employment act and legislations such as EA 1955, IR act and Statutory Act is an added advantage
  • Good knowledge and skills in Training Need Analysis and assessment
  • Good knowledge and skills in recruitment process and interview.
  • Knowledge in using Behavioural Interview Skills and competency profiling is an added advantage  

Working Experience

  • At least 3 - 5 years related experiences in Human Resource management and development particularly in recruitment, training and development.
  • Preferably have an experience and exposure working in a high-growth, fast-paced and changing work environment.

  • Able to manage and lead the teams and work groups as well as able to liaise with relevant Government and Statutory bodies, able to multi-task, work under pressure and manage stress appropriately.
  • Passionate about HR initiatives, employees’ development and able to interact with people effectively
  • Good communication skills and presentation skills
  • Good planning & organizing, result oriented and agile
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to handle complex and difficult situations with thought and confident.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office applications and IT savvy).
