Overall responsible in administering and executing all activities related to recruitment both local employees & foreign workers as well as responsible in supporting and executing any assignments related to the recruitment drive.



  • Execute and administer local recruitment activities by implementing overall recruitment plans and strategies.
  • Implement and execute appropriate recruitment tools and methodology as per the Company’s guidelines (i.e personal profiling analysis, technical test and any other recruitment assessment for making the right selection of candidate)
  • Identify and execute various of recruitment channels to ensure effectiveness of the recruitment strategy for local hiring.
  • Process manpower request and source for potential local candidates once obtained Management approval and within approved budget
  • Liaise and coordinate with appointed recruitment vendors/Agent both for foreign workers and outsourced local operators.
  • Administer and ensure hiring lead time/service Level agreement (SLA) as per the Company’s requirements and standards
  • Arrange and conduct interview process for selected group of employees as determined by the Company
  • Coordinate and participate in any recruitment initiatives such as career fair, walk-in interview, career talk, collaboration with higher Institution, etc.
  • Coordinate and administer staff Onboarding Programme (Induction) for new hires
  • Prepare monthly report on recruitment progress (i.e recruitment budget utilization, lead time of hiring, number of hiring, etc.,) for next course of actions and improvements.
  • Update specifications/process (i.e GRP) related to the Recruitment policies and procedures as and when needed
  • Assist in coordinating for an internship program such as undergraduate and postgraduate training placement subject to Company’s policy and guidelines as and when required.
  • Verify salary payment and invoices related to foreign workers payroll that received from an outsource Vendor/Agent before Finance Dept. made a final payment to the vendor/Agent.
  • Interact and deal effectively with internal (employees) and external stakeholders (vendors, suppliers, recruitment agencies, related government bodies, etc.,)
  • Build good rapport and networking with the relevant Government Bodies and related agencies to gain benefits in job assignments in terms of financial support, cost saving, building image and reputation for the benefits of Company’s business opportunities
  • Perform all other related duties and HR Special projects as and when assigned by the Supervisor/HODs.




Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Social Science, Business Admin or related field from recognized Higher Institution

Skills & knowledge Required:

  • Good knowledge & skills in interviewing process.
  • Strong knowledge in Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF)
  • Good knowledge in Employment Act 1955. Knowledge in other HR Act such as Statutory Act, IR act, etc would be an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge and skills in MS Excel & data analysis
  • Good knowledge in using payroll system (i.e SAP, RAMCO, etc) and other related HR system is an added advantage



  • At least 2 - 4 years overall experiences in administering training and recruitment process
  • Experience in Behavioural Interviewing techniques is an added advantage
