JOB SUMMARY

Reports to the Section Manager of Factory Maintenance Department and responsible to assist the overall FMD energy mechanical & electrical maintenance  activities which comprises of repair and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment, daily & monthly tracing with detail report on PM(preventive maintenance) and CM (corrective maintenance) related to FM equipment, Review maintenance cost vs usage for optimum usage of budget and parts , assist lead engineer with detail data collection for capacity vs demand of facility equipment usage. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for overall maintenance job for Cleanroom and Non-cleanroom air conditioning system, Chillers, Cold room, Compressor, and Gasses.
• To support manufacturing activities for continuous clean room operating within specification.
• To improve QCDF related housekeeping, hygiene & building maintenance.
• To constant learn, look out & explore for new innovative technologies or method in Cleanroom and Non-cleanroom air conditioning system, Chillers, Cold room, Compressor, and Gasses.
• To keep stable and improve condition for Cleanroom and Non-cleanroom air conditioning system, Chillers, Cold room, Compressor, and Gasses.
• To reduce cost related 4M (Man, Machine, Materials, Method) in Cleanroom and Non-cleanroom air conditioning system, Chillers, Cold room, Compressor, and Gasses.
• To eliminate maintenance related abnormality & trouble.
