■募集の背景

当部はルネサス後工程組立生産拠点、及び、組立アウトソーシングでの新パッケージ/新製品展開に関するプロセス技術開発及び量産技術改善を担っています。製造プロセスの開発・改善や製品解析を推進するにあたり、国内外生産拠点のプロセスエンジニアと協働できる中核エンジニアが非常に重要な役割を果たしています。
ルネサスの半導体組立工程に於いては、内製、アウトソーシングの両輪での生産を行っておりますが、今後益々成長が予想される自動運転支援やEV用途など、当社マイコン、アナログ、パワー製品の更なる市場拡大で自社での生産技術の強化が急務となっており、内製生産拠点の更なる強化の中核を担って頂く組立プロセスエンジニアを募集いたします。
 

■職務内容

担当技術分野： 半導体組立工程の総合エンジニア
対象製品： 半導体製品全般(車載、民生、アナログ)
対象PKG：モールドPKG（リードフレーム系、ワイヤー接続BGA系）
担当業務： (1) 半導体組立工程の量産インテグレーション
　　　　　 　　開発拠点での量産工程設計、プロセスコーディネーション
　　　　　 (2) 量産プロセス改善
　　　　　 　　内製拠点のQCDに関するプロセス技術改善・指導
　　　　　  (3) 量産工程の生産データを活用したプロセス改善業務
　　　　　　  　生産拠点（国内:山形/大分/熊本、海外:中国/マレーシア）への技術指導出張有。

■勤務予定地

群馬県高崎市　もしくは、山形県米沢市、大分県中津市、熊本県球磨郡錦町

■人材要件

MUST

・半導体組立プロセス/設備開発、改善業務経験がある方（実務5年以上）。
・PCツール（Excel、PowerPoint）を使って書類作成が出来る方。
 

WANT

・社外ベンダーとの技術協業経験
・半導体組立材料知識
・ウェハダイシング、ダイボンディング技術

必要な語学

英語　日常会話ができる (TOEIC 600点程度)

日本語　ビジネス会話ができる
