製品・量産技術エンジニア

■募集の背景

アナログ・パワー製品の量産技術としてアナログ・パワー分野のトランジスタ製品、IC製品の量産管理・改善のための新規募集となります。
車載用トランジスタ・IC製品の事業拡大、生産数量増に伴う、品質・コストの改善と安定生産維持を総合的にハンドリングできる人材を募集します。

■職務内容

アナログ・パワー分野のトランジスタ製品、IC製品の品質・コストの改善と安定生産維持
・新製品の量産立ち上げ
・量産品の品質改善。　特異品発生時の対応。
・量産品の歩留改善、コストダウンによる製品収益の改善。
・量産品の安定生産維持に向けた改善、阻害要因の特定・対策

■人材要件

MUST 

 ・電気工学等、理系の学位を取得していること、または同等の実務経験を有していること。
 ・Windows,Excel,Power Pointなど、基本的なビジネスITツールが使用できること。

WANT

 ・同業他社にて、量産技術・半導体プロセス・設計等の業務経験があること。
 ・Excel VBA等のプログラム技術を有していること。

必要な語学

　英語　相手の話を聞ける (TOEIC 500点程度)

　日本語　日常会話ができる
