Responsibilities:

  • Analyze products to ensure manufacturability and data sheet compliance, including setting the optimal screening limits and guard-bands in production test plans.
  • Drive Gross Margin Improvement with yield improvement and TTR opportunities by utilizing industrial first tier yield tools.
  • Support Test Engineering activities to debug, validate and release production test hardware/software during development and after production release.
  • Conduct and summarize results for measurement systems analyses (Gauge R&R, ANOVA studies).
  • Data-driven decision making based on timely and thorough data analysis.
  • Work with multi-functional teams in bringing up new process technology / new fab qualification/new test and assembly sites. Debug process issues, and identify process and design interaction / ATE test interaction failures.
  • Work with all internal groups, identify trends and process gaps and suggest and assist in the implementation of corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Compile and analyze data using common statistical techniques (time-series analysis, CPK, DOE, SPC, ANOVA) and effectively present key results along with recommended action
  • Well organized and uses time efficiently. Familiar with all reference materials and can locate needed information as necessary. Takes initiative for self-development. Prioritizes tasks effectively. Demonstrates initiative and creativity in the use of available resources.
    Customer Focus
  • Track and ensure process meets sufficient margins for volume production ramp.

 

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years’ experience in product engineering and/or related field. 

  • B.S in EE is a must.  MSEE is preferred.
  • Strong data analytic skills

• Knowledge of analog and mix-signal circuitry and the common building blocks, device physics

• Experience with common lab test equipment (DC power supply, oscilloscope, multi-meters etc). Bench characterization experience is a plus.

• Experience in yield management tools such as PDF Exensio, JMP, SPC is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skill

• A good team player

• Effective in fast paced, dynamic work environment
