The Job:

  • Responsible for managing vertical segment sales team with multiple direct reports, reporting to vertical segment sales director.  Account coverage including but not limited to Taiwan Hon Hai Foxconn Group, networking ODM’s, US ODM/EMS, or any others.     
  • Responsible for managing sales activities for ODM accounts and also experienced in managing OEM businesses at ODM level such as for major cloud service providers, enterprise server, wireless/wireline networking, consumer, communication customers, etc.
  • Develop strong working relationship internally with US vertical team and externally with ODM and OEM customers to ensure seamless working model. 
  • Develop and execute account business plan including targets, strategies and tactical plans to grow both revenue and design-in.
  • Anticipate and understand customers’ technical and business requirement relative to Renesas product and service capability. Provide Renesas product solution and its value to meet customers’ needs.
  • Ability to proactively communicate with BU marketing and technical supports counterparts to resolve business issues.
  • Manage to collect and maintain updated market information from customers and customer corporate strategies and directions. 
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints and quality issues.  Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide and maintain necessary business data including customer demand forecast, revenue backlog and billing at regular basis and report to the company.
  • Maintain complete customer contact and company profile database and action item tracking systems. 
  • Ensure timely submission of internal and external activity reports.
  • Any other duties assigned by the company and supervisor


Your Profile:

  • 5 years sales or marketing experience in semiconductor industry
  • Written and verbal English and Chinese
  • With people management experience is a plus
  • Past experience in personally interfacing and managing Hon Hai Foxconn group is a plus
  • Technical engineer background is preferred.
  • BSEE or other engineering degree or above preferred
