Title: Senior Customer Service Staff

The Job
- Develop appropriate supply chain strategies.
- Asset management and/or enhanced logistic engagement (VMI)
- Alignment on service program health and strategy
- Facilitate VMI monitoring / execution in cooperation with Asset Management
- Supporting Ramp Activities
- Ramp Up: Validating opportunities, sample tracking and forecast/order timing for BOM
- Ramp Down: Co-ordination of demand, stock levels and timing to mitigate risk
- Supporting customer business review meetings
- Preparing and presenting regular data on supply / demand health
- Driving necessary actions for business health
- RFQ support
- Data validation – product / volume verification, data cleansing etc.
- Contract negotiation supply risk analysis – changes in demand +/- in alignment to forecast.

- Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment with a good resilience to stress.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starting critical thinker with the ability to work in teams and cross regions with a proactive approach.
- Consistently deliver high-quality customer service with focus on building trusting relationship
- Confident with communicating, analyzing and presenting internally and externally
- Good analysis Skill
- University degree in Business/Finance related
