 Account Managers (f/m/d)


For our Automotive Business Group, based out of our Office in Stuttgart

 

 

We’re looking for experienced Account Managers to be responsible for managing sales and Design-In objectives at target accounts in the Automotive industry. This entails initiating and coordination global account resources to optimize alignment with the customer resulting in revenue growth. The role enquires a highly motivated, customer-oriented Account Manager and Automotive experience is welcome.

 

Your tasks:

 

These include creating sales strategies to penetrate targeted application areas, influencing the customer evaluation process for Renesas products, achieving design in/win targets, keeping account profiles and making technical presentations to customers.

  • Business Development:
    • Set account Design-Ins and revenue goals
    • Develop and execute detailed sales strategies driving revenue growth
    • Forecast revenue and Design-Ins
    • Coordinate with sales/business development resources and cooperation with marketing and technical departments in other regions to support accounts
  • Customer Relationship Development:
    • Establish contacts at all multiple levels of customer organization
    • Establish and develop suitable relationship strategies to improve Renesas’ position at the account
  • Reporting:
    • Reporting of new business opportunities
    • Provide a regular revenue forecast
    • Develop, execute and review account strategy together with the management

 

 

 

 

 

Your Profile

  • Ready to challenge the future in a strong growing and fast changing business environment
  • Experience in electronic industry with technical background
  • Knowledge or past selling experience with MCUs and SOCs is a plus
  • Some Analog & Power experience is welcome
  • Right hunting spirit with entrepreneur acting is highly welcome
  • Ability to develop an account strategy with a set of target customers aligned with Renesas’ strengths and potential
  • Capable of combining industry trends and customer requirements with available and future technologies to identify new possible products and solutions
  • Automotive industry experience and good understanding of the requirements especially in the semiconductor segment, key customers and their applications is a plus
  • Excellent skills in customer interaction and negotiation, result driven, team player
  • Fluent in English and German language
  • a sense of humor is required
