Title:  Sr. Program Manager-SiC

The SiC Program Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of a program to develop and commercialize silicon carbide (SiC) power electronics. This role will require a strong understanding of semiconductor development process, as well as experience in program management. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in delivering complex programs.

Renesas is making major investments in growing its power business with lot of focus from the highest levels of management. This will be a pivotal role with very high visibility.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the program plan for the development and commercialization of SiC power products
Drive program  to meet all technical and business objectives
Manage the program schedule to meet critical milestones and customer commitments.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (Internal and External)
Identify key risks to the program and define mitigation actions to address the risks.
Track and report on program progress to stake holders

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, materials science, or a related technical field
7+ years of experience in semiconductor industry with prior experience in a program management role or other product development role (Product engineering, test engineering, device engineering etc.)
Experience in power devices product development is desired. SiC experience is a major plus.
Experience in industrial and/or automotive industry standards ( AEC Q101, AQG324 etc.) is a plus.
