Title:  Sr Staff System Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Responsible to develop/outsource hardware designs on Analog measurements              

- Responsible to develop/optimised required Firmware including APIs and Libraries

- Responsible to create application notes and training materials  

- Build up Application Solution Skill set on Energy/Power Measurements

- Required to train and support Field Application Engineers and customers in ASEAN, India, Australia/NZ

Requirements:

- Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Electronic Engineering or its equivalent

- Proficient in C and assembly language programming with good understanding of microcontrollers/microprocessor basic architecture

- Creative and have a passion in embedded system design and development

- Possess good presentation and communication skills

- A team player who is self-motivated, resourceful, proactive and able to work in a collaborative environment with both individual and team decision making

- Ability to understand and execution of given project specification within timeline

- Ability to report regional requirements and provide technical support to FAEs and Strategic Customer

- Willing to travel

Possessing the following will be added advantages:

- Lead engineer or managed a team of engineers

- Good understanding of Embedded software systems and the requirements of a Product

- Proficient in Analog and Digital Circuitry Hardware design/troubleshooting and Systems software Design

- Good understanding in Integrated Development Environment tools such as simulator, debugger, emulator

- Knowledgeable in

   - CAD Tools such as Altium schematic entry and Layout or equivalent 

  - Understand Energy/Power Concept and Calculation

  - Communication Stack/Protocol or equivalent

  - Applications such as Metering, Sensory

- Experience in version control (Git, SVN)
