Senior Channel Marketing Manager

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop channel marketing strategy to support NPI initiatives with distributors utilizing their marketing communications vehicles, while determining key performance metrics
  • Manage a global channel marketing team responsible for implementing and amplifying Renesas’ NPI into distribution
  • Work and algin with Business Units and Campaign Managers to ensure channel readiness for NPI launches
  • Develop dashboards, reporting cadence, and KPIs to measure NPI success
  • Work with Corporate Account Managers to review/assess quarterly marketing plans and adjust as needed
  • Work with internal Ops teams to ensure inventory availability for launch and sustained programs
  • Participate in and prepare for QBRs with internal and external distributor teams to review results and identify gaps and areas of improvement
  • Collaborate and partner with distribution communications teams to develop comarketing campaigns to support the achievement of growth targets

 

Requirements:

  • Deep channel experience with a minimum 10 years of progressive responsibility in channel marketing, preferably in the semiconductor industry
  • Proven success developing marketing programs that motivate and empower distributors to drive revenue
  • Ability to create and measure performance, assess trends, and identify areas for optimization
  • Create regular reports and present/share with internal stakeholders and distribution partners
  • Strong managerial skills, ability to lead and grow a team
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop a strategic vision and execute a tactical plan
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills with ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Experience working and leading cross-functionally
  • Familiar with Excel and other reporting tools
