Our EMEA Customer Service, Global Account Operations & Inside Sales team is looking for an 

Inside Sales Representative based out of Sofia, Bulgaria                                                                          


Renesas is looking for a service and results oriented individual to join our EMEA Customer Service, Global Account Operations & Inside Sales team.

The Inside Sales Representative role is the primary support function to the regional sales team. You will support the Renesas sales team with necessary support to enable them to maintain, develop and grow our business working closely together with Regional Sales, Customer Service, Sales Operations, Distribution partners, FAEs, BU’s and Quoting teams.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting in an administrative/reporting function providing information and support internally and externally.

  • Focus on support to enable sales to focus on design and customer facing activities. Coordinates with sales team members to ensure goals/ KPIs are met.

  • Support focusing on new business, Pipeline, Leads, Registrations, Opportunity and Funnel management / maintenance and tracking.

  • Sample Support – ordering, tracking and follow up

  • RFQ support – budgetary pricing ,  data support for annual RFQ and Revenue tracking support.

  • Support of regional distribution branches with quote / registration follow up (connected to Design activities and most significant business opportunities)


Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or similar field.

  • At least 3 years’ experience in customer service, sales support or similar role.

  • Detail-oriented with analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-starter and service orientated individual with a proactive approach.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a good resilience to stress.

  • Familiar with SAP, Model N, Salesforce or Power BI is an added advantage.

  • Advanced command of English both spoken and written is a must. German communication would be an advantage.

  • Experience in Semiconductor market would be a benefit.
