Title:  Manager/Assistant Manager

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Responsibilities:

• <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Promote Microcontrollers to customers in ASEAN, India and ANZ.
• <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Involve in preparing product/segment strategy, take ownership and drive as per plan to achieve target and mid-term plan.
• <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Communicate with headquarter, regional offices, customers on product/application related queries.
• <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">F<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">eedback market trend and intelligence to headquarter through market survey and Competitors analysis.
• <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Strategic Pricing Negotiation and execution.
• <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">New product proposal & solution proposal.
• <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">MCU Gap analysis and develops Recovery Plans.
• <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Arrange and co-ordinate technical seminars, trainings for customers/regional FAEs.

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Requirements:

• <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.   
• <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">At least 5 years’ experience in marketing or business development  
• <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experience in Microcontroller based application
• <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Preference will be given to candidates with experience in energy management systems (metering, communication module) 
• <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Able to understand schematic, BOM list                            
• <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Strong interpersonal, communication and organizing skills to work closely with customers, design partners and distributors
