Title:  Staff (Sales) Account Mgr

Job Responsibilities:

As a member of the Renesas WW Sales & Marketing team, we focus on satisfying our customers and overcoming their challenges by being experts in our segments. We strive to be proactive, collaborative, ethical, competitive, and accountable in all areas of our work. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounts & distributers

• Working with internal marketing and FAE team & external with distribution's Sales & Marketing & FAE team to promote Renesas products and solution to customers to gain market share and continue growing Renesas biz at all Renesas products.
• Set up directly contact & relationship with Key customers, create solid connection with Key customers different level to help Renesas penetration at customer site.
• Drive distributor resources working together to help enlarge Renesas demand creation pipeline for future biz growth.
• Be responsible for key accounts Revenue and DIN YoY growth.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Sales or FAE in the Semiconductor field. Good relationship with key account. MCU background or MCU selling experience will be preferred.
• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering.
• Successful establishment of strategic business plans for penetration of Mass Market
• Strong sales, negotiating, and influencing skills
• Fluent in English
