<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">As a member of the Renesas WW Sales & Marketing team, we focus on satisfying our customers and overcoming their challenges by being experts in our segments. We strive to be proactive, collaborative, ethical, competitive, and accountable in all areas of our work.  Renesas is seeking a strong candidate for a Account manager for Strategic Segment Team.  A top candidate will be responsible for managing accounts with focus on Surveillance market, working closely with regional Field Application Engineers and BU.


<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Performance Objectives:

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> Business Plan to Align with Sales Targets:

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Develop a strategic business plan to align with growth targets defined for Industrial market key accounts.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Work to win and grow the accounts, once a robust account plan is established


<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Achieve sustainable and profitable revenue growth through demand creation:

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Focus on establishing the processes, procedures, and orchestrating of resources that will drive revenue within key accounts.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Develop sales & technical strategies by effectively utilizing local & corporate resources.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Executing on these strategies, by simultaneously expanding the customer network and building new relationships.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Build up strong design pipeline and closely track the progress for new business
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Be accountable for scorecard and deeply understand/penetrate into the customer to exceed the revenue target

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Customer Delight:

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Engage customers both directly and indirectly, to support Renesas’ demand creation and growth strategy, both locally and globally.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Build relationships with engineering and purchasing to be seen as a trusted advisor.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Focus on overcoming customer’s challenges by gaining a deeper understanding of their systems and application needs.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Communicate Renesas’ product portfolio and solicit meaningful inputs from the customer to enhance our portfolio.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Maintain relationships with our distribution partners to ensure proper fulfillment and support for the assigned account base.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Requirements:

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">5+ years of experience in FAE or Technical Sales in the Semiconductor field. Good relationship with key account in the Industrial market preferred.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">BS/MS in Electrical Engineering.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Successful establishment of strategic business plans for penetration of target market and accounts.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ability to offer customers a high value proposition and successful utilization of internal resources.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Fluent in English
