Title:  ASSISTANT MANAGER

Main Requirements

- Bachelor or above degree in Electronics Engineering or related.

- 5 year+ working experiences in aspects of business or engineering in Semiconductor industry.

- Equipped with MPU, GPU or AI product knowledge and related working background is preferrable.

- Strong business sense and communication skill with internal cross-regional PM and BD teams.

- Proactive, self-directed and result-oriented mindset is highly required.

- Team work spirit, problem solving and analytical capability.

Key Responsibilities

- MPU technical / product marketing experience for penetration in industrial, AI or consumer customers in China region.

- Drive new product market penetration and planning for HMI, machine vision and AI related application on Renesas 32bit/64bit SoC platform.

- Achievement of BU requirement, sales and design-in budget.

- Business strategy formulation and implementation plan development in focus business areas.  

- Insight for market analysis, competitors benchmarking, technology development trend for making new product proposal to BD R&D team.

- Co-ordination with HQ, internal AE team and Sales/FAE teams to achieve key project promotion to reach business-win.

- Willing to travel.
