Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Automotive SoC Marketing Principle Engineer to join our team and drive our market presence in the rapidly evolving automotive industry in China.

Key responsibilities:
•    Communicate compelling value propositions and positioning for Renesas SoC solutions in the ADAS market, highlighting their unique features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute regional go-to-market strategies for the SoC products for Cockpit and Gateway market, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
•    Establish strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. Gather feedback and insights to refine product messaging and identify opportunities for improvement.
•    Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively communicate the value proposition of our SoC products and address customer inquiries.
•    Contribute to corporate strategic technology development efforts to develop product and business strategies that enable business growth in the region
•    Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and trends within the Cockpit and Gateway markets. Utilize insights to shape marketing strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or a related field. A technical background is advantageous.
•    Proven experience (15+ years) in product marketing, engineering preferably in the semiconductor, automotive, or technology industries.
•    Solid understanding of System-on-Chip (SoC) technology, market dynamics, system requirements and customer needs, particularly within the Cockpit and Gateway segments.
•    Strong engineering skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver results within deadlines.
•    Excellent communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling and clear product messaging for different audiences.
•    Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving successful product marketing campaigns.
•    Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively across departments and regions.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
