Car maker now is more and more involved in the ECU key components selection, also created more son company to do the direct development, OEM sales team need a suitable sales to drive the OEM promotion

职能经验Job function experience

  • Work together with Market Dept./FAEs to promote company's products/strategy and win business in assigned OEM and Tier1s.
  • Collect and utilize information on customer needs, strategies, requirements to align Renesas business plan, use information for new business and program opportunities
  • Provide technical advice to customer on product selection, counsel and support customer in product and project definition
  • Establish sales price, negotiate win pricing and conditions with customer, follow up quotes, support operations and finance for new product cost calculation
  • Support planning for budget and forecast, SOP and EOL planning for products

  • Products promotion to automotive Tier1 and OEM customer in China east region.
  • Achieve Sales billing and D-IN budget.
  • Customer communication and relationship developing.
  • Project management and price negotiation with customer and company HQ.
  • Coordination with marketing/FAE team to achieve key project promotion and D-WIN.
  • Collection market and competitor information, having keen insight and analytical ability for market and competitor trend, timely and accurate feedback customer needs.
