Area Expertise and skills

  • Posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable
  • Creates manual invoices according to company practices
  • Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions
  • Prepares dunning letters and sends them to customers
  • Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested
  • Conducting credit checks on new and existing customers
  • Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures are followed
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Liaising with customers, as well as internal personnel including the sales team
  • Ability to solve accounting problems and errors
  • As the customers are mainly based in Europe flexible working time is required


Position Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a minimum Professional Certificate / Diploma in Accountancy or any professional accountancy body
  • Candidate must possess at least 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting; AR preferred.
  • Experience with SAP
  • Candidate should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Candidate must possess good English communication skills.
  • Candidate must possess intermediate excel skills
  • Candidate should have at least minimum mix experience in general ledger functions, month-end close, international accounting and intercompany transactions
  • Candidate should have a basic working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards
