Job Description


  1. Material planning and buying includes expediting, pull and  push, shipment tracking
  2. Inventory management
  • controlling the material at the desire level and to ensure sufficient material to fulfill customer orders and loading
  • Inventory reconciliation – actual at OSAT versus system
  • Inventory trend report
  • Manage expiration material
  • Preparing proposed reserve report for Finance
  • Review the OSAT – non consigned material buy back and proposed reserve
  1. Purchase order creation
  2. Invoice verification when needed or for mismatch
  3. Coordinating for any material quality issue – work with suppliers and engineering for resolving the issue and checking the impact for loading
  4. Compile / consolidate management reports




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin /Supply Chain/Maths or relevant field. Experience in the industry or similar setting with end to end supply chain understanding is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in ERP systems operation and control (Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application – above average Microsoft Excel proficiency is an added advantage
  • Data analysis experience
  • Possess Good Command on Written and Spoken English
  • Strong sense of urgency and of responsibility
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
