[Job Description]

Responsible for selling the Renesas’s products or maintaining relationships with customer for Automotive market.

Responsible to grow Automotive market and increase market share with assigned tier1/tier2 customer.

Responsible for expanding and developing accounts along with acquiring new accounts or Identify, evaluate and develop strategic product line business to build account base.


[Essential Functions]

Conducts research, provides plans and proposals to further successful penetration into target accounts.

Calls on accounts, provides administrative product information and or demonstrations and quotes appropriate pricing.

Responsible for meeting individual sales goals, builds relationships and influences the mind share of the customer in order to increase sales and market share.

While maintaining a competitive position and yielding the highest possible returns on sales.

Works with and through other departments within company to ensure that all sales activities meet/satisfy all business and or legal requirements.

Uses appropriate internal resources to meet customer requirements/schedules.

Identifies and properly handles complex issues requiring a high level of expertise in decision-making.

May be a part leader for a major account after performing the current position in a superior fashion involved in strategic planning with customers sell thru/pull thru.


[Desired Skills and experience]

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Over 10 years of related experience in a variety of sales environments preferably a technical sales role.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.

A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.

Knowledge of semiconductor with Automotive sales skills.

Fluency in English(Japanese optional) is required for this job with many Global meeting.

Current driver’s license valid in Korea and no VISA problem for overseas trips.

Excel(using pivot tables, formulas, and models to analyze data sets), power point skills.
