Job Function:  (Sales) Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business targets and expand our business applications at Hyundai Kia Motor Company
•    Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with management of Hyundai Kia Motor Company’s management level (Director/VP/CEO)
•    Manage the OEM team in Korea and cooperate with global OEM team and related tier1 account team
•    Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
•    Effectively communicate Renesas’s value proposition through proposals and presentations
•    Achieve sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual business quotas
•    Make regular top management meeting to generate new business leads
•    Build and deploy sales strategies and tactics for the region and position Renesas as the leader in target market segments. Deploy sales strategy in the field, devise and implement action plans and counter measures as needed.
•    Lead and develop the OEM team to consistently meet/exceed goals. Attract top talent to the organization and provide coaching to help the team succeed.
•    Through in-depth understanding of the market, customer application and Renesas’s unique capabilities, uncover new opportunities for growth.
•    Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stake holders. Leverage this network to build loyalty and to secure long term business partnerships.
•    Develop sales strategy for the region: identify and organize the customer base; deploy sales strategy in the field; recommend and implement action plans and counter measures when needed; share information internally; identify and leverage new business opportunities
•    Builds deep knowledge of all of Renesas’s products/services and applies this to solve our customers’ needs.



•    Work experiences at Hyundai Kia Motor Company R&D Center
•    Proven Sr. Sales experience to communicate with customer executives in meeting or exceeding multi-million USD yearly targets
•    Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive
•    Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing
•    Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects and value of products and services
•    Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
•    Excellent verbal and written communication
•    Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams
•    Proven experience in managing a team of Sales Managers and Sales Engineers
•    +15 years of sales experience
