Job descriptions

  • Reporting into GAM 
  • Territory coverage: Korea 
  • Major responsibilities: the whole account business plan and revenue growth strategies;
    • Working closely with global account team
  • Working closely with FAE to identify new design opportunities; 
  • Advise BU on the relative size and importance of various opportunities at various MNC sites;
  • Map out design win strategies and plan actions for BU, sales, and FAEs collectively to take to penetrate the account;
  • Identify customer decision makers/influencers and develop good relationship with all MNC sites.  


Critical qualifications and requirements:

  • Account management skill
    • Managing accounts for revenue and new design
    • Conduct regular meeting with BU and customer
  • New business engagement
    • Managing concept, design in, and design win opportunities
    • Creation new designs and cultivating new customers
  • 10+ semiconductor experience, Knowledge based with analog and digital product
  • Strong and various customer channel from Tier 1 to Tier 3
  • Strategic business plan
    • Account plan generation and Set up strategic plan to grow
  • Support regular report including rolling forecast for direct accounts and disti accounts
  • Must no issue with local and overseas travel



- BS or above, major in EE or Computer related;

- Strategic thinking; Business acumen;  Team working spirit; 

- Excellent communications and coordination skill in both English and Korea; 

- 5+ sales experience, working experiences as MNC account manager preferred; 

- Strong technical background

 - FAE/Engineering working experiences preferred;

- Hard working and frequent traveler.
