Title:  Customer Service Rep

This position will provide sales operational support by fulfilling essential tactical duties including:

• Revenue forecasting support
• Opportunity Funnel management and reporting support
• Analytical reporting of revenue trends
• Work with regional sales ops and sales for revenue mapping process
• Analyze, document and implement business process, workflow and business system enhancements
• Support various sales ops related ad hoc and Sales Project

Qualifications:

• 5 years or more of related sales operations related experience, preferable with Finance experience e.g. as Financial Analyst
• Effective organizational, problem-solving skills with a high attention and time management skills
• Highly proficient in Excel
• Detailed, self-motivated, and organized
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills

Education:

• 4 year college degree or higher, Bachelor's of Science degree a plus
