Principal Accountabilities: 

· Supporting, maintaining and administration of Microsoft Office 365

· Deliver appropriate run performance metrics

· Educate the business on how the Office 365 services and tools can be leveraged

· Provide thought leadership on how to take the solutions forward

· Identify improvements in existing functionality and recommend enhancements

· Be able to investigate issues under tight time constraints and be able prioritize work accordingly

· Be able to work with minimum supervision

· Write and maintain appropriate documentation

· Deliver above target run performance

Knowledge, Skills and Experience: 

· 3+ years Office 365 Admin experience (over 1000 end users)

· 3+ years Microsoft Exchange (online and hybrid) experience

· 3+ years Microsoft TEAMS experience

· 3+ years Microsoft Active Directory (on-prem & hybrid) experience

· Experience with Office 365 Security and Compliance suite

· Proficiency in PowerShell cmdlets and scripting

· Problem solving skills coupled with a strong customer focus

· Excellent communication both written and verbal

Qualifications:

· Bachelor or Master degree with relevant background (e/g Information Systems), or similar
