The FP&A team provides the business unit with critical information and analysis to enable our business partners to allocate company resources in the most effective manner to achieve the highest profitability. The members of the team are closely integrated in our business partners’ operations as a way to ensure they can provide the most valuable insights possible. This role is heavily involved in setting budgets, forecasting, and reporting on actuals and perform ROI analysis on new projects.


The Sr. Financial Analyst will perform broad range of reporting and analytical analysis to assist regular business metrics tracking, month end close and quarterly forecast and guidance processes.  The individual will partner with 2 business divisions and play a critical role in achieving our overall objective of delivering best-in-class business partner support and analysis.



  • Support financial close process including detailed variance analysis of results versus forecast, prior year and plan
  • Assist in developing strategic plan, annual operating plan and monthly forecasts, periodic goals
  • Weekly revenue and margin tracking of how metrics are tracking against forecast and historical trend analysis
  • Maintain and update financial models on a quarterly basis
  • Assist in financial management reporting to support management review
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis as required



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
  • 5+ years’ of finance experience with strong knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis, and business decision support
  • Individual should have strong system skills (ERP and other systems) and will be actively involved with reporting and business systems enhancements
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with cross functional teams and provide analytical/decision support
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated initiative, ownership, dependability and accountability
  • Highly advanced knowledge of Excel & financial modeling preferred
  • Experience with SAP and Hyperion is an advantage but not required
