Looking to hire a Sr Field Sales Engineer to support our Bay Area Business needs.

 

Responsibilities:


• Manage strategic accounts to successfully identify and win new Renesas designs and bring customer projects to revenue.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support including product selection, product information, roadmaps, samples, pricing, and any support issues.
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal Renesas resources including Sales, FAE, Product Line , and Operations personnel to close designs and successfully help customer launch products to market.
• Identify customer intelligence including product requirements, decision criteria, roadblocks, timeline, budget, and competition.
• Develop business relations by promoting Renesas image and products 
• Lead and drive new business demand creation to secure successful design win penetrations at customers R&D 
• Provide timely and accurate demand and revenue forecasts and close loop communication to ensure smooth support and responsiveness to customers

 

Requirements: 


• BSEE or BSCS or equivalent 
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in related arears with demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships in a technical sales environment, direct experience in sales/FAE is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong written/verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Being proactive and willing to take initiatives.
• Ability to effectively balance strong technical skills with solid relationship-building and account management capabilities.
