To further strengthen our sales management team, we are looking for a highly technical, knowledgeable, and experienced Sr Sales Manager to own revenue growth and design win generation for our Mass Market customers and partners in the Central Region.   Leading a team of experienced individual contributors and channel partners, this successful candidate will excel in the following areas:

  • Driving new design activity with direct and indirect teams
  • Achieving established revenue growth goals
  • Analytical skills to accurately track and forecast revenue
  • Understanding market requirements and how best to deploy resources and technology
  • Thinking strategically to focus on the highest growth opportunities
  • Developing and fostering relationships across a wide range of customers
  • Providing leadership and mentoring to direct and indirect reports
  • Problem solving in complex business engagements and environments
  • Establishing executive relationships internally and externally to facility revenue growth

 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

 

  • Responsible for Central region revenue and design funnel growth
  • Managing and developing direct sales team in Central region
  • Managing and developing indirect (distribution partner) sales organization in the Central Region
  • Responsible for accurately forecasting customer revenue
  • Partnering with FAE leadership to deploy team and support customers
  • Working closely with factory resources in support of opportunities and team
  • Engaging with customers in support of sales team

 

Qualifications:

 

• Proven track record of customer acquisition and revenue growth

• 7+ years technical selling experience with success in both direct and distribution engagements
• Strong Technical Background and ability to present technical solutions internally and externally
• History of developing strong executive relationships
• Ability to mentor and provide leadership to direct reports
• Travel Required

 

Education:

 

• Engineering degree preferred, EE or CS
