<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Renesas is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic and wide-ranging support for the IIBU Global Sales and Marketing Division. The Sales HRBP must have a demonstrated record of success and career progression in a fast paced, high-tech work environment.  Our culture requires a collaborative and flexible individual who is proactive in communications and able to develop effective global working relationships at all levels within the company. Client groups will be located across multiple sites and countries.  This position will report to the Vice President of Human Resources.

 

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Responsibilities

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Understands the Sales & Marketing organization’s strategy, initiatives and challenges. Consults with the senior leadership team to influence and facilitate the development of their organizational priorities and related change initiatives.  D<span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">rive key initiatives, including leadership development, talent management and succession planning, and workforce planning.

 

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Build and cultivate strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders; partner with colleagues inside and outside of HR to innovate, enhance, align and drive the effectiveness of HR processes and programs.

 

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Support Sales Operations in the execution and communication of the Sales Incentive Plan.  Coordinate with other HR partners (HRIS, Compensation, Country HR) to support the bi-annual payout.  Communicate with relevant stakeholders on policy and program changes in a compelling and effective manner.

 

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Able to identify trends and proactively recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience. <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif"> Provide appropriate influence and guidance to address a variety of employee-related issues.

 

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Partner with recruiting team on talent acquisition initiatives to staff the right organization to scale the business.

 

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Successfully drive key HR processes with clients, including cyclical HR programs/projects, such as annual objective setting, performance management, and compensation planning.

 

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Manage projects on a regional and a global basis, in addition to HR Business Partner responsibilities.

 

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Desired Skills and Experience

  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or other related field plus a minimum of 12+ years progressive HR experience in a fast-paced high-tech work environment;10 years as an HR Business Partner.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Desired candidate will have demonstrated experience in an HR Business Partner role to a global Sales organization.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">The position requires solid strategic and tactical HR orientation, with strong analytical and communication skills and the demonstrated ability to solve complex employee relations problems quickly, creatively, and with minimum supervision.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Business Partners are expected to have a high level of independence and maturity to manage multiple ongoing issues and complex employee related matters with minimum supervision and with excellent follow up.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Must show evidence of excellent project management skills.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">Ability to foster, motivate and influence positive behaviors throughout the organization and to work collaboratively with the larger HR team.
