Job Responsibilities
-Define the product architecture and requirements for next generation communications & memory products in data center and custom ASICs for cloud / telecom customers
-You will work with business development, solution/system architects, customer/applications engineering and various senior technologists to develop and deliver the product from inception to high volume production
-Build and manage a high performance team towards the engineering execution of memory, communication and ASIC products
-Identify and work with external vendors for any outsourced engineering activity
-Work closely with post silicon validation and product & test engineering teams towards product bring up, validation and high volume manufacturing
 
Requirements
-BSEE or equivalent experience (MSEE preferred) with at least 20 years' experience in relevant industry
-Experience with IP/SOC architectures, design, verification, DFT, physical design, post silicon validation & characterization 
-End-to-end silicon product development experience

-Knowledge of PCIE root complex, end point, re-timer, switch
-Domain knowledge of PCIe, CXL, memory controller, memory subsystem, virtualization, security, storage class memory, high speed serdes - phy/Mac/link layers

-High performance interconnects, low latency / high throughput memory systems/subsystems
-Effective communication skills, flexibility, a strong teamwork approach, and the desire to work in a fast-paced start-up type environment are necessary

 

Additional Information

  • $253,500 - $380,300 annualized salary range (Note: Disclosure as required by SB 1162 (9-27-22) for California)
  • Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
  • Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position in California. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
