The Sales Operations Analyst will work very closely with the Sales Operations team to provide on-going support of our business tools and applications, processes and data.  This candidate will focus on transformational projects to help make informed decisions, plan and implement strategic and tactical initiatives. Additionally, this role will provide assistance with sales support on project management and coordination, creating and maintaining documentation and accommodating ad-hoc user requests.  This role will align and work with cross-functional groups such as IT, Business Units, Corporate Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing and Legal, and external Channel Partners and Reps to ensure project successes.


The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, detail, process and results oriented individual focused on driving sales velocity and efficiencies.



  • Lead cross–functional projects and build consensus within internal and external stakeholders to implement new or enhanced services, changes to business models and process improvement and efficiencies
  • Analyze, document and implement business processes, workflows and business system enhancements
  • Identify, prioritize and drive delivery of application and process enhancements to ensure stability and business efficiency
  • Global champion to evangelize business process adoption and policy conformance
  • Assist in internal and external audits and controls to ensure integrity of business controls and data
  • Deliver systems and process reinforcement to new hires and external partners, and manage on-going Sales tools usability and efficiency trainings as required
  • Participate in technology solutions and infrastructure discussions as it relates to performance and cost efficiencies
  • Engage in feasibility studies, risk assessments, simulations exercises and solution proposals



  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Sales & Marketing, Business, Computer Sciences or related discipline
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in operations, sales and/or marketing, either in a support or management role within the Semiconductor industry
  • High degree of computer literacy, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Sales Tools and ERP Tools
  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills, ability to determine trends and propose solutions in improving sales velocity and efficiencies
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Model N Sales Management Tool and project management skills is a plus
  • Advanced critical thinking and excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Operations processes and systems (sales forecasting, sales quotas and commission, customer master, CRM applications, analytics and reporting)
  • Effective organizational, problem-solving skills with a high attention and time management skills
  • Exhibit systems skills with the ability to develop and drive implementation of system or process changes
  • Superb oral and written communication, with ability to handle and protect confidential information
  • Possess general understanding of distribution and/or third-party sales medium within the semiconductor industry highly desirable
  • An “A” player with strong and direct interpersonal style, with leadership talent
  • Awareness of new and emerging technologies and potential application to the business
