The Sales Ops Analyst will work in the Global Sales- Centralized Analytics and Reporting Ops team to provide on-going support of our business tools and applications, processes and data.  This candidate will focus on providing weekly to quarterly management reporting and analytics as well as the mapping of revenue back to the originating design location. Additionally, this role will provide assistance with sales support on project management and coordination, creating and maintaining documentation and accommodating ad-hoc user requests.  This role will align and work with cross-functional groups such as IT, Regional Sales Ops, Business Units, and Finance to ensure project successes.


The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, detail, process and results oriented individual focused on driving sales velocity and efficiencies.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead discussions with regional sales ops and sales on mapping revenue back to originating Design location and responsible on translating inputs from regions for execution by coding master
  • Responsible for Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly analytics and management reporting on Billing, booking and backlog reports, as well as ad hoc analysis and reporting
  • Support Sales Forecast manager for Global demand forecast process
  • Analyze, document and implement business processes, workflows and business system enhancements.
  • Support various sales Ops related ad hoc and integration projects.



  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Sales & Marketing, Business, Computer Sciences or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations, sales and/or marketing, either in a support or management role within the Semiconductor industry.
  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills, ability to determine trends and propose solutions in improving sales velocity and efficiencies.
  • Effective organizational, problem-solving skills with a high attention and time management skills.
  • Superb oral and written communication, with ability to handle and protect confidential information.
  • An “A” player with strong and direct interpersonal style, with leadership talent.
  • Awareness of new and emerging technologies and potential application to the business.
  • High degree of computer literacy, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Sales Tools and ERP Tools.
