Essential Functions:
Duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:
• Manage networking sales team to generate new design wins and sales orders within the account.
• Involved with day to day activity with the sales team and accounts.
• Achieve objectives for profitable revenue growth and design ins, and other objectives as determined by executive management.
• Formulate and execute a sales plan and strategy that achieves broad penetration at the strategic networking account in alignment with marketing roadmaps.
• Establish and maintain personal contact with key customer decision makers to provide effective information flow to and from executive management.
• Prepare an annual operating plan submission for Sales based on projected market conditions, customer status and product availability.
• Manage timely communication of business level activity forecasting and reporting.
• Coordinate with Product Lines for customer program bids and price negotiations to identify and assess new opportunities for existing products as well as opportunities for new product development.
• Coordinate sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the Company, including collaboration and support for the fulfillment channel (distributors and contract manufacturers) involved in supply to the strategic networking account.
• Utilization of CRM for opportunity tracking.
• Stay abreast of industry news to be aware of trends that affect the strategic networking account.
 
Qualifications:
• BSEE or equivalent.
• Engineering background with timing and power product knowledge.
• Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor products is required.
• Prior experience managing large strategic networking accounts and sales team.
• Exemplary Business development & Sales experience.
• Ability to drive the development and execution of strategic account sales strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to promote teamwork and cooperative effort.

• A minimum of 10 years sales experience selling into Tier 1 Networking accounts.
