 Description:

Work with Product Engineering and Yield Analysis teams around the world to:
• Improve product yields using state-of-the-art automated yield analysis tools with high performance data analytics.  
• Identify yield opportunities by analyzing high volume yield data at various test points in a semiconductor device manufacturing flow (parametric wafer test, wafer sort & final test).
• Use advanced data mining techniques to determine yield improvement opportunities and resolve causes of yield losses.
• Optimize test programs and limits through in-depth statistical analysis techniques.
• Identify and apply methods to accelerate yield learning for new processes & new product introductions 
• Provide regular reports on assigned projects and goals.

Qualifications:
• Previous relevant internship/work experience preferred
• Completed course or good knowledge of statistics preferred
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Candidate must be an effective team player who works well in a team environment where team members may be distributed (not co-located).
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Knowledge of Semiconductor devices and Manufacturing processes is a plus
• Strong Computer skills –JMP (or equivalent); Microsoft office applications; Python, Visual Basic
Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Computer Science, Engineering or other related field
